Klinkmann AVEVA Days Almaty 2026
iQ-Solutions specialists spoke at Klinkmann AVEVA Days Almaty 2026, presenting solutions for industrial data collection and analysis, as well as approaches to equipment assessment and modernization planning.
iQ-Solutions specialists Malika Mukhаngaliyeva and Nurbol Zhuman spoke at Klinkmann AVEVA Days Almaty 2026. They presented approaches to working with production data and assessing equipment before modernization.
The event in Almaty was organized by Klinkmann Kazakhstan, an iQ-Solutions partner. The seminar gave participants an opportunity to exchange experience in applying technology in industry.
Malika Mukhаngaliyeva’s presentation focused on FactoryTalk Historian SE, a system for centralized collection, storage, and analysis of industrial data. She explained how the system works and how data can be preserved when connectivity is disrupted.
For example, if the connection to a server is lost, data can be stored temporarily at the collection point and transmitted once the connection is restored. Server redundancy helps maintain access to historical data for reporting and other applications.
The collected data can be used to analyze process parameters, compare equipment performance across different periods, and prepare production reports. The presentation also covered FactoryTalk Historian Vision, an application that displays data in charts and tables. Specialists can use it, for example, to examine equipment readings during a period of downtime.
The seminar also featured Installed Base Evaluation (IBE), an approach to assessing installed equipment and the risks associated with obsolescence. It helps identify which components need replacement, which systems can remain in use, and which spare parts are important for continuous operations.
Both approaches help companies make informed decisions about their equipment. Operating data helps specialists analyze deviations and downtime, while an installed base assessment helps set replacement priorities and identify spare parts needs. Together, they support modernization plans that account for the condition of existing systems, the budget, and the production schedule.
iQ-Solutions thanks Klinkmann for the invitation and the opportunity to share its experience with seminar participants.
