iQS Engineering expands cooperation with global automation leaders
iQS Engineering has become a Rockwell Automation System Integrator, strengthening its capabilities in Industry 4.0, MES, IIoT and industrial AI solutions.
iQ-SOLUTIONS continues to expand cooperation with global leaders in industrial automation. In May 2025, its subsidiary iQS Engineering received Rockwell Automation System Integrator status. This is a strategically important step for the company and for the industrial automation market in Kazakhstan.
Rockwell Automation is a recognized global leader in automation and industrial digitalization. The company was named a leader among MES providers in the “IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Manufacturing Execution Systems 2024-2025” report.
The new status gives iQS Engineering access to Rockwell Automation technologies aligned with Industry 4.0 standards. MES platforms are becoming central to smart manufacturing management, especially in complex sectors such as oil and gas, where process stability, industrial safety and flexible control architectures are critical.
Two flagship Rockwell Automation products are especially important. The first is Plex, a cloud-based SaaS platform that brings together ERP, QMS, supply chain management and asset management. Plex provides real-time end-to-end control and helps enterprises launch digital transformation faster and more cost-effectively. Its flexible payment model and scalability make it suitable for companies with different levels of IT maturity.
The second solution is FactoryTalk ProductionCentre, a powerful platform for highly automated production environments. It is particularly relevant for the oil and gas sector, where integration with accounting systems, asset management and process safety tools is essential.
The partnership with Rockwell Automation also provides access to Emulate3D digital twins, the AI-powered Fiix maintenance platform, Mosaix analytics, IIoT integration and API tools. Rockwell Automation’s joint initiatives with Microsoft, NVIDIA, Cisco and Accenture further strengthen the sensor-to-cloud architecture.
Within this partnership, iQS Engineering focuses on preparing infrastructure for digital manufacturing: from auditing current systems to designing SCADA architectures, Historian solutions, AI models and IIoT integration. The company develops intelligent control solutions based on modern Rockwell Automation technologies, giving customers a reliable foundation for a future transition to full-scale MES.
iQS Engineering is also developing AI-based solutions for optimizing control modes, including LogixAI and predictive analytics tools that support stable technological processes. Introducing these technologies at the control system level helps reduce energy consumption, improve product quality and minimize the risk of unplanned shutdowns.
The team has also added a certified ThinManager expert. ThinManager is a visualization and management platform that strengthens cybersecurity and resilience across industrial systems.
