This case covers “Digitalization of the field and modernization of automated process control systems”. Modernization of automated process control systems at the industrial client m/r, reconstruction of the telemechanics of industrial client and UPSV industrial client.

The project considered the following data and process areas: transactions, master data, user roles, integration messages, regulated documents and control reports. The client name and asset-identifying details are omitted due to confidentiality requirements.

Practical outcome: a stable SAP scope with fewer manual operations, transparent reporting and clearer user support. The solution was assessed by process controllability, data transparency and readiness for further support.

Further development may include master data quality control, integration monitoring, intelligent search across regulations and SAP user assistants. These scenarios should be launched after the baseline solution is stable and accumulated data quality is confirmed.
