This case covers “IQS_ASUN + iQS_IoT for accounting of petroleum products”. Automated commercial accounting of fuel balances at a distributed network of gas stations.

The project considered the following data and process areas: the current process, source data, integrations, participant roles, operating requirements and acceptance criteria. The client name and asset-identifying details are omitted due to confidentiality requirements.

Practical outcome: a manageable work scope, more transparent data and a foundation for further solution development. The solution was assessed by process controllability, data transparency and readiness for further support.

Further development may include analytics on accumulated data, automation of standard operations and decision support. These scenarios should be launched after the baseline solution is stable and accumulated data quality is confirmed.
