This case covers “Operational production management system iQS_MES”. MES project for automatic control and optimization of technological processes.

The project considered the following data and process areas: shift tasks, production cycles, material balance, downtime, product quality, laboratory indicators and exchange with process control systems. The client name and asset-identifying details are omitted due to confidentiality requirements.

Practical outcome: more transparent operational production management, less manual data collection and a foundation for loss analysis. The solution was assessed by process controllability, data transparency and readiness for further support.
