  • At least 5 years of SAP HCM (including Payroll) implementation experience or support experience or a minimum of 2 full cycle SAP HCM project implementations.
  • Skilled in Time Management & Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Travel Management modules within SAP HCM systems.
  • A knowledge or skills in SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Time and Attendance, Recruitment, Learning, Performance and Goals Management, Succession and Development, Visa and Permitting, Compensation and Benefits will be an advantage.
  • Sound understanding of the underlying business processes to execute payroll in SAP HCM and the data structures employed by the PY, OM, PA and PT modules.
  • Knowledge of Enable Now, Fiori, Cloud Platform Integration for SF/HCM combinations is an advantage.
