BI platform for top management

This case covers “BI platform for top management”. A single dashboard with key indicators of all business units. PowerBI + custom middleware.

The project considered the following data and process areas: corporate data sources, KPI data marts, access rules, dashboards and data quality procedures. The client name and asset-identifying details are omitted due to confidentiality requirements.

Practical outcome: a unified management analytics scope, faster deviation detection and more transparent KPI handling. The solution was assessed by process controllability, data transparency and readiness for further support.

Further development may include predictive analytics, automatic explanations of deviations and data completeness control. These scenarios should be launched after the baseline solution is stable and accumulated data quality is confirmed.
