Overview
iQ-Solutions (iQ Solutions / iQS Engineering) operates iqs.kz. This policy explains how data is handled on the corporate website and in the employee HR platform. Use of the website means you have read this policy.
Data we may process
The data depends on how you use the website and HR platform.
- Contact and application forms: name, surname, email address, phone number and message.
- Job applications: CV, candidate details, vacancy and application history.
- Website requests: technical information such as IP address, browser and device; cookies where used for site functions.
HR platform
Employees use the HR platform to manage candidates and vacancies, arrange interviews and communicate during recruitment. Access is provided to authorized employees.
Use of Google data
When an employee chooses to connect a Google account, the HR platform requests Google Calendar Events access. This access supports interviews created and managed through the HR platform.
- Create calendar events and Google Meet links for interviews.
- Read events needed to synchronize interviews, and change dates, times and attendees.
- Cancel or delete events and synchronize meeting status.
Data received through Google APIs
The application uses calendar event data and connected account details solely for user-initiated interview features. Google data is not used for advertising, sold, or shared with advertising networks. Data is exchanged with Google through the relevant API calls to provide the feature.
Access and refresh tokens are encrypted and stored server-side; they are not displayed in the interface. Employees can disconnect Google in HR settings, which deletes locally stored credentials and attempts to revoke the token with Google. Access can also be revoked in Google Account settings. Interview records already stored in the HR platform may be retained separately as described below.
Microsoft integration
Employees may connect Microsoft Outlook Calendar / Teams to create and update interview meetings, manage attendees, cancel meetings and synchronize calendar events.
Why we process data
Data supports the website and HR platform, responses to enquiries, recruitment, interview scheduling, security, error diagnosis and applicable legal requirements.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed for its purpose or as required by applicable law and internal policies. Disconnecting a calendar integration removes the local token record; existing calendar events and interview records may remain separately.
Security
Access controls, HTTPS and server-side storage of encrypted calendar credentials are used to protect data.
Your choices and rights
You may ask about your data, request corrections or deletion where applicable, and withdraw consent. Employees can disconnect calendar integrations in HR settings. Contact us using the address below for data questions.
